Jennifer Leighton writes psychological suspense and thriller novels narrated by morally-complex protagonists. Her stories explore complicated relationships, the blurred lines between right and wrong, and the fragility of seemingly beautiful lives.
A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Journalism and Pepperdine University School of Law, Jennifer combines her love of writing with her education—often exploring legal questions in her work.
Jennifer has worked as a television agent at Endeavor (now WME), an award-winning relationship advice blogger and columnist, and has run marketing for a variety of businesses including those in family law and wealth management. Along with her natural curiosity, these experiences helped develop her fascination with human behavior, ambition, and desire—subjects that are infused into her fiction.
She divides her time between Los Angeles and Wyoming, two strikingly different environments that reflect her love of distinctive settings and richly textured worlds.
